To prepare your bike for shipping

-Keep the gas low. It does not need to be drained dry, but 1/4 or less is best.

Process of shipping your bike

-A detailed condition report will be made to document any existing damage. We look carefully for scratches,  dents, missing   pieces, or anything such as these. 

-Once the report has been made we will also take pictures of your bike prior to loading, while on the truck/trailer, and also when unloading and at destination. Those pictures will then be emailed to you, along with a copy of the signed invoice and a condition report.

-If there are keys, you can either keep them with the bike, or have them mailed.

-Once on the trailer, the bike is then strapped down.  Soft Ties and Canyon Dancer straps are used to secure the bike in order to provide a complete protection to the chrome and paint job as well as providing the guarantee of a secure load.

-You will get a confirmation call the day of the pickup, and the day of delivery.
